The idea behind this communication code document is to clarify all the points which are needed in order to ensure professional, honest, objective and dedicated terms of communication between Trimar members & the customers.
Its main goal is to verify and explain the frame of mind we should all have with regards to objective discussions and cooperative manner we need to apply in order to improve our performance, enhance our services and strengthen our ability to teach each other and learn from one another as a team & at the same time provide the customer with the best service.
